The rooms are good value for money with nice view and the staff are caring. The location is best possible, 2 miles from a restored castle. Easy access to restaurants and bars which are next to the hotel.

    There's stain in some areas.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Sakae metro station. The reception was efficient, and although they couldn't change currency, it wasn't a big issue. The room was cozy, and even though it was small, it's quite normal for Japanese cities. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of Japanese and western dishes. The hotel was clean and modern, and the price was unbelievably affordable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Rooms use card keys, no need to check in key every time. Conveniently located near shopping area, within walking distance. Modern rooms with comfortable bedding.

Cigarette smoke smell in non-smoking rooms. Bathroom looks worn and dated.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the subway and surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with necessary amenities. The staff is helpful and allowed us to store our bags before check-in. The top floor offers vending machines, a laundry machine, and a microwave, adding convenience to our stay.

    Not one thing.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city skyline. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of useful amenities such as a gym and laundry facilities.

The room was quite small, and the bathroom was a little cramped, making it difficult to move around.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its prime location in the heart of Sakae. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms with double beds offer a good view of the highway and have good facilities. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is included and offers a wide variety of items.

No major issues, just a slight inconvenience with the limited English language television options.
